Roll-off Rental

Whether you’re renovating, landscaping or just tackling a major cleanout, a roll-off container makes waste removal efficient for big projects. Kluesner Sanitation rents a variety of roll-off containers for convenient waste removal across eastern Iowa.

What size roll-offs are available to rent?

  • 15 yard, 20 yard, 30 yard, and 40 yard
  • Not all size roll offs are available in all areas. Please contact us to check on availability of your location.

What size container do I need?

  • Please refer to our container size guide to help decide which container would be best for your project!

I want to rent a roll-off, how do I get this scheduled?

  • Please fill out our Service Request Form.
  • We will need the following information:
    • Service name and address
    • Billing name and address
    • Contact name and phone number
    • Email address
    • Roll-off size requested
    • Where you would like the roll-off placed
    • Form of payment – credit card, e-check, cash, or check
    • Payment must be made before delivery.

How long can I rent a roll-off?

  • All roll-offs can be rented for up to 14 days.
  • The rental period starts over each time the roll-off is emptied.
  • Customer must call or email to schedule all pick-ups.

What if I need the container longer than 14 days?

  • We offer the option for customers to pay a $75 rental fee if a container is needed longer than 2 weeks. The rental fee gives customer another month to use the container.

What items cannot go in the roll-off?

  • Televisions, appliances, dried or wet paint cans, tires, electronics, florescent light bulbs, hazardous materials, yard waste, dirt, oil, flammable waste, batteries, grills, bikes
  • Cardboard is not acceptable in Fayette County.
  • If you have any questions about disposing of anything in particular, please contact us!
  • Placing unacceptable items in a roll-off will result in additional charges.

What if I have an item that does not fit in the container or is not allowed in the container?

  • Please contact us to find out if we are able to pick-up your additional item(s) at an additional cost.

The container is overflowing, is that okay?

  • The container should not be filled above wall height.
  • We will not pick up containers that are overflowing.

How much does it cost to rent a roll-off?

  • Pricing depends on size and location. Please contact us for pricing information.

Where should a roll-off be placed?

  • Placement is best on a flat, hard surface.
  • There should be approximately 4 feet clearance on each side of the container and the area should be free of overhead wires.

Can I place a roll-off on the street?

  • Some cities do allow roll-offs to be placed on the street, but in many cases, permission is required from the city or a permit must be issued.
  • Please contact us or your city hall to determine if this is a possibility.
